Who could possibly throw a bigger party than Steubenville's Dean Martin?

Hey pallies, the name of our Dino continues to be lifted up!!!!! Loves to see these Dinomentions 'bout Dinofest 2009 in Dinomecca (Steubenville). Every year 'bout this Dinotime you can count on the Cleveland Plainer Dealer to spread the Dinonews 'bout the comin' Dinocelebration.

Below is the portion of this stellar article by Laura DeMarco that features our Dino and loves the provocative and evocative Dinoquiry that begins this Dinostory..."Who could possibly throw a bigger party than Steubenville's Dean Martin?" The answer of Dinocourse is no one.

Still hopin' to have our Dino somehow makes a way for me to get to Dinofest 2009. To read this in it's original format, as Dinousual, just clicks on the tagg of this Dinogram. Dinosharin', DMP

Who could possibly throw a bigger party than Steubenville's Dean Martin?

It's summer in the city, and we know what that means: festival time. Clevelanders will find an event, or two, to celebrate almost every weekend. You probably know about many of the big fairs and feasts -- the Cuyahoga County Fair, the Feast of the Assumption, Oktoberfest, etc. -- but there's much more to our festival scene. Read on for some of The Best (Lesser Known) Fests to Discover This Summer:

Dean Martin Festival, various locations in Steubenville, Thursday, June 18-Sunday, June 21, 1-800-510-4442, deanmartinsteubenville.com: Raise a glass -- or two, or three -- to one of Ohio's most famous sons. Held each year in the legendary Rat Packer and partier's hometown, the Martin fest pays homage to the singer's humble roots (he was a blackjack dealer and welterweight boxer) and eventual stardom. Events include tours (see the church where young Dino served as an altar boy!), parades, impersonators galore, screenings of Martin films, a meet-and-greet with Martin's daughter Deana, and even a meatball-eating contest. Prices vary per event; see the Web site for the full schedule.
