Danny G's Sunday Serenade with Dino: "In Love Up To My Heart"

Man O' Man...what a HOT & MUGGY Sunday mornin' here in bea u ti ful Massachusetts! I'm meltin' pallies! But wait just a minute...just hold it...I ain't complainin'! I'll take sweatin' over shiverin' any day of the week pals!

Actually, this heat is puttin' me into a different kinda Dino-vibe today...a "country music" kinda vibe, pals. Now, I thinks I've said it before...I'm not much of a "country music" fan...howeva pals...Dean could sing the dictionary & it would still be the hippest and groovinest tune out there!!! !!!

Hahaha! I think I'm gettin' HEAT STROKE here pallies!!!
This week's Serenade, "In Love Up To My Heart", is MY kinda country jam! No whinin' & sulkin'...just true blue Dino-magic! This one's off Dean's last studio al b um..."The Nashville Sessions". It's def i nate ly pure pure country gold & in my humble opinion...up there with the bestest of the best country al b ums to ever rock a square dance!!!

O man pals...this heat is REALLY gettin' me fired up! Thinks I'd better go cool way way down with the cool cool sound of our favorite pal. Enjoy the heat pals & most of all... enjoy the Dino!

I always left some room to back away
Whenever love would get too close to me
I've always kept my feet on solid ground
And my head out of a cloud, no broken heart for me

But there you were, and there I was off-guard
Not able to protect me from your charm
And I felt myself falling further
Closer you got
And I fell in love up to my heart

I fell in love up to my heart
I couldn't stop myself, I went too far
I was standing on the edge and then
Next thing I knew I had
Fallen love up to my heart

I can feel myself fallin' more and more
And there's no use in fighting anymore
'Cause you went to my head and
All my defenses fell apart
And here I am, in love up to my heart

I fell in love up to my heart
I couldn't stop myself, I went too far
I was standing on the edge and then
Next thing I knew I had
Fallen love up to my heart

I was standing on the edge and then
Next thing I knew I had
Fallen love up to my heart
