Hey pallies, likes dudes it seems that our most beloved Dino's most underrated big screen effort is finally finally gettin' it deserved due. Likes, of course, pallies we are speakin' of the most classic of classic sex farce, "Kiss Me Stupid" recently released by the pallies at Olive Films in both Blue Ray and regular DVD. The ol' world wide web continues to proclaim the news of this for too too long over looked Dino-epic.
Today we are privileged to share with all youse Dino-philes 'nother remarkable, refreshin' review of KMS by Mr. Jeremy Carr, a truly in-the-know film aficionado Carr "is a faculty associate at Arizona State University and a visiting research fellow with the ASU Center for Film, Media and Popular Culture. He has written for the publications Film International, CineAction, Senses of Cinema, Bright Lights Film Journal, The Moving Image, and Moving Pictures Magazine. Current projects include a Senses of Cinema Great Directors profile on Roman Polanski and a book on Stanley Kubrick."
In his review for the pad "Sound On Sight," Jeremy shared his incredible insights into many different aspects of KMS. We were deeply deeply moved by readin' Carr's awesome affirmations for our most beloved Dino and for this flick. Carr lays it straight out when he powerfully proclaims both, "Martin is the main attraction here" (of course, referrin' to his starrin' role in KMS) and "I love Dean Martin—his songs and his movies."
